Terms and Conditions, Cancellations and Refund Policies

Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your place
Full payment is due between 31 to 91 days after the deposit has been paid (depending on tour requirements)
Prices are quoted in $NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated
Group size and Eligibility
Tours are limited to a maximum of 6 women to ensure intimacy and personalised attention
Guests must be 35+ in age
Inclusions and Exclusions
Inclusions: curated accommodations, select meals, scheduled activities, and local transport
Exclusions: international or domestic flights unless specified, airport transfers, taxes, and excess baggage charges unless specified, meals and beverages other than those specified in the Trip Notes, visa and passport fees, travel insurance, optional activities and all personal expenses, gratuities
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions
Itinerary Changes
Her Luxe Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, vendor availability, or unforeseen circumstances
Any changes will maintain the quality and integrity of the experience
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our bespoke experiences.
Cancellation by Guest
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
No refunds for no-shows or early departures
Cancellations by Her Luxe Travel
If minimum group size (3 guests) is not met, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded in full
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc), guests will be offered a credit or refund based on circumstances
Refund Policy
We aim to be transparent and compassionate while maintaining operational sustainability.
Eligible refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Alternative options
Guests may transfer their booking to another eligible woman (subject to approval)
Credit towards a future trip may be offered in lieu of refund, especially for late cancellations
